Sewer Inspections · NASSCO PACP Certified

The One Thing Nobody Looked At

The sewer line running from the house to the city main is buried, and it sits outside a standard home inspection by definition — for every inspector, not just some of them. We are NASSCO certified inspection professionals, giving us the insight and experience to do a proper sewer camera inspection.

NASSCO Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP)

NASSCO PACP Certified

We employ NASSCO certified inspection professionals, so your line is inspected and graded to the standard the industry works to. You get a coded, graded assessment rather than somebody’s impression of the footage — and that assessment provides the industry standard determination on the condition of your sewer.

Why it matters

Buried, excluded,
and expensive.

The sewer lateral is routinely the most expensive thing wrong with a house that nobody looked at. Minnesota’s older housing stock is full of clay and cast iron. Roots find the joints, frost moves them, and a line that drains fine on inspection day can be an excavation across the front yard six months later.

A camera answers the question before it becomes yours to pay for. You get the footage and a condition assessment you can hand to a contractor or take back to the seller — while you still have the leverage to do something with it.

Who books one

Three Reasons

Buying

Bundle it with your home inspection. We are already at the property, so it is one trip, one appointment and a better price on both than booking them apart.

Selling

Know what a buyer’s inspector is going to find before they find it. A clean line is worth showing; a bad one is far cheaper to deal with on your terms than during someone else’s inspection period.

Living with it

Recurring backups, a slow drain nobody can explain, or a contractor’s quote you would like checked before you accept it. You do not need to be buying or selling to want the answer.

Most home inspectors in Minnesota aren’t even able to offer a NASSCO inspection.

We can — and doing both in one visit is what makes it cheap.
